Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the holatequilatour.com website (the "Service") operated by Hola Tequila Tour ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Hola Tequila Tour acts as an intermediary booking platform. We facilitate the reservation of tours and experiences provided by independent, third-party tour operators. We are not a tour operator, nor do we own, manage, or control any transportation, accommodation, or other services related to the tours.

2. Tour Operator

All tours advertised, promoted, and booked through our Service are exclusively operated by Guatequi Tours, a third-party company. Hola Tequila Tour is a separate entity and is not a partner, subsidiary, or affiliate of Guatequi Tours. Our role is strictly limited to processing your booking request and payment, and transmitting your reservation details to Guatequi Tours.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

As a booking platform, Hola Tequila Tour holds no responsibility for the execution, logistics, safety, quality, or any other aspect of the tour itself. This includes, but is not limited to:

Any claims, disputes, or issues related to the tour experience must be addressed directly with the operator, Guatequi Tours.

4. Waiver of Legal Action

By completing a booking through our Service, you, the customer, and all participants in your group, acknowledge and agree to the above disclaimer. You hereby irrevocably waive, release, and discharge any right to bring or pursue any claim or legal action of any nature (including but not limited to civil, criminal, commercial, or administrative actions) against Hola Tequila Tour, its owners, employees, or affiliates for any damages, losses, injuries, or any other grievance arising from or related to your participation in the tour. You agree that your sole recourse is with the tour operator, Guatequi Tours.

5. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking, you are making an offer to purchase a tour from Guatequi Tours, which we facilitate. A partial payment is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is payable as instructed by the tour operator. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to the policies of the tour operator, Guatequi Tours. As a booking platform, Hola Tequila Tour does not issue refunds. The partial payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable. Please contact us if you need to cancel, and we will inform the operator, but we cannot guarantee any refund or rescheduling.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. You must also ensure that you and your party comply with the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the tour operator, Guatequi Tours.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jalisco, Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
